Lead Java Developer Remote (Ireland) My client is looking for a Lead Java Developer with strong experience across event-driven architecture, database technologies, and containerisation, with a wealth of experience in Java backend development on highly regulated and complex systems. If you have experience working in fast-paced fintech environments this will be of interest to you. Lead Java Developer - Essential Experience: 7+ years of experience in hands-on software development using Java. Strong experience in Cloud-native application design, development, and architecture, primarily in Azure. Solid exposure to Event-driven Architecture/System Design and Enterprise Integration patterns. Expertise across various SQL/NoSQL database technologies and Containerisation/Orchestration - Kubernetes. Any experience working within complex fintech or payments environments is advantageous. Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic, Agile environment. Ability to lead projects or mentor less experienced members of the wider team.
