About

Methodist Health System is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department ($15K Sign on) to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this high-acuity setting, you will provide rapid assessment, stabilization, and compassionate care to patients of all ages presenting with urgent and life-threatening conditions. Drawing on your critical care and emergency nursing experience, you will perform triage, administer medications, initiate IV therapy, monitor vital signs and cardiac rhythms, assist with emergency procedures, and collaborate closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, respiratory therapists, and other members of the interdisciplinary team to deliver timely, evidence-based care. You will be responsible for coordinating and documenting all aspects of patient care in the electronic health record, communicating clearly with patients and families, and providing education regarding diagnoses, treatments, and follow-up care.
