Greeter/Screener - Admin

Health Advocates Network is currently seeking a Greeter to work at a facility in Albany, New York. These are registry positions with our company. Pay Rate: $18 / hour

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Must have a minimum of 1 year experience with consistent face-to-face customer service skills
• Will be standing assisting customer with their applications, forms, etc.
• Must be able to operate a computer/tablet
• Able to speak professional and courteously to customers.
• Manage customers in the queuing system
• Grade vision test results
• Enter passing vision test results into computer
• Assist customers at DMV kiosks
• Take customer photos for driver's licenses
• The greeter position involves standing for their entire shift.
