Inside Sales Associate

General Duties: Provide customer quotations with directions from sales managers Understand and interpret technical requirements and information for various product lines Updates job knowledge by studying new product description and spec sheets Confirm incoming purchase orders Calculate sales representative commissions Follow up on customer quotes Maintain documents, files, and correspondence Assist other members of the team, as needed Prepare submittals, wiring diagrams, data sheets, etch from various source programs Maintain knowledge of competitor product offerings Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to customers Other duties as assigned

Requirements: Qualifications and Skills Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field preferred Experience in HVAC or electrical industrial sales preferred Experience with CRM or ERP systems preferred Highly organized and able to prioritize Comfortable taking and making calls with customers Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Must be detail oriented Must be able to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
