Business Development Referral Associate

Physician Partners of America (PPOA) is a fast-growing integrated health organization with multi-site ambulatory surgical centers and medical practices. As the company is expanding, a Business Development Referral Associate is responsible for driving business and developing referral pipelines to PPOA business entities in the assigned region. The position carries out responsibilities that will promote the company's business externally with existing and new business. The position requires a high school diploma but prefers one with an associate degree or bachelor's degree. A minimum of sales experience such as retail or customer service skills with a sales background is preferred to be successful in this position.

Job Description

Set-up and attend networking medical events and work in collaboration with BD Manager

Organize lunch and learns with referral sources.

Maintain existing and create new referral source relationships.

Operate in specific market segments as determined by management.

Identify new opportunities through lead generation, cold calling, and other networking sources, consistent with Physician Partners of America values.

Job Requirements

High school Diploma- Associate or Bachler's Degree Preferred

Beginning sales experience such as retail or customer service

Reliable transportation that can pass a MVR screening

Ability to build business relationships with excellent communication skills.

Understand the basic skill of Microsoft Office
