Education Aide

IDEAL CANDIDATE: This position requires a highly motivated, responsible, organized, and self-starter individual who can handle an array of tasks and who works well independently and as part of a small team. The individual must be able to come up with multiple solutions to any given problem in areas that might be outside their expertise and be willing to take on uncertain challenges. The individual must be able to work alone for an entire day in a remote area.

JOB DUTIES: Education Aide typically work in the classroom, either assisting a teacher or working one-on-one with a student. Education Aide assists teachers in the support of students of all abilities. Education Aide help in the training and education of students by carrying out duties such as enriching or adapting classroom activities, assignments, and/or materials for the students and assisting teachers in implementing lessons for a student or a group of students. Additionally, the Education Aide helps in caring for students' physical needs. Spanish bilingual preferred.
