Inspire Dental is seeking a full-time Associate Dentist to join our growing, family-owned practice in San Antonio, TX. We are a high-energy, supportive team that values clinical growth, collaboration, and creating an exceptional patient experience.

Schedule, Full Time

Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages
• Diagnose and develop treatment plans based on patient needs
• Perform restorative, cosmetic, and general dental procedures
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
• Maintain accurate and thorough patient records
• Collaborate with the clinical and administrative team to provide excellent patient care
• Help maintain a positive and supportive office culture

Requirements

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
• Active Texas dental license or ability to obtain one
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Team-oriented attitude with a passion for patient care
• Desire to continue learning and growing clinically

Pay & Compensation

• $250,000–$300,000+ per year
