Manage and mentor a small team of analysts, ensuring high analytical quality and fostering a collaborative culture Conduct complex analyses, design experiments, and maintain critical dashboards while serving as a resource for senior stakeholders Shape the analytics roadmap, identify opportunities for data-driven decisions, and define best practices for team processes
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in a data analytics role, with at least 1 year in a leadership capacity Proven ability to deliver impactful analytical work independently while mentoring others Background in product, strategy, or growth analytics preferred; experience in fintech or high-growth startups is a plus Strong SQL skills and proficiency in building data models and dashboards Experience coaching analysts and effectively communicating complex findings to diverse audiences
