The Adobe Analytics – Analyst role works as a member of a high-performance Adobe Analytics agile team using a Kanban methodology. The role works with developers and business partners to understand web site tracking requirements, implement, and validate using Adobe Analytics and Launch. Secondarily, some support for other Adobe or non-Adobe products such as Target, Audience Manager, Qualtrics or Quantum metrics may be involved. The role may also offer opportunities to gain exposure to Adobe Campaign, AEP, and other Adobe platform products. The individual should be comfortable working independently on a high-performing team. Good technical, analytical and documentation skills are important in this role, as is a willingness to perform detailed testing and validation of implemented solutions. In other words, the analyst role includes analysis and testing of Adobe solution implementations. This is an analyst position, however, technical experience or some development experience is preferred and would be helpful in the analysis of web cookies, CPRA (California Privacy Rights Act), GDPR, and validating web page event firing. Required:
Adobe Analytics use and reporting experience. Experience analyzing complex business requirements and summarizing for tech team consumption. Experience testing and validating web applications; documenting test cases, recording test results and raising test defects. Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, CSS. Familiarity with Agile/Kanban. Good communication skills and ability to work both as part of a team and independently. Preferred:
Familiarity with OneTrust, CPRA (California Privacy), GDPR and cookie privacy rules (project experience). Familiarity with Adobe Experience Platform. Familiarity with Adobe Target and Audience Manager. Familiar with Web Developer tools, Omnibug Chrome extension. Other Experience and Requirements:
Other Adobe product experience (such as Campaign) – nice to have. Adobe Product Certification(s) – nice to have.
