We operate in technical, project-driven manufacturing environment where precision, accountability, and teamwork define our culture. We are building a structured and performance-driven sales organization and are looking for a Sales Support Coordinator who understands that operational excellence starts with accuracy and ownership. The Role: The Sales Support Coordinator is the operational backbone of the Sales organization. This position ensure that quotations, orders, and customer communication are handled with precision from initial inquiry through production release and final shipment. You are the connecting link between customers, sales representatives, and internal departments including production, purchasing, and logistics. Your ability to verify details, identity missing information, and coordinate internally has a direct impact on order accuracy, production efficiency, and on-time delivery. This is not a clerical role, it is a coordination role that requires ownership, structure, and a strong sense of responsibility. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and takes pride in getting the details right. Key Responsibilities:
Serve as primary point of contact for customers and sales representatives Prepare, review, and follow up on quotations for doors and replacement parts Accurately enter and validate orders within the ERP system Review technical and commercial details before releasing orders for production Coordinate internally with production, purchasing, and logistics to prevent delays and ensure accuracy Track order progress and proactively communicate updates Maintain organized documentation and structured records Research and quote parts with attention to technical specifications Support continuous improvement in sales operations processes Provide professional communication via phone and email for customer support
What We're Looking For:
Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service, inside sales, or order processing manufacturing preferred) Experience working with ERP systems Strong organizational and time-management skills High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment Technical aptitude and willingness to learn product specifications Professional communications skills (written and verbal) Self-starter mindset with strong team collaboration skills
