About

Noel group are currenly looking for skilled operative with a background in shuttering, carpentry, steel fixing, and concrete works. Key Responsibilities: Carry out shuttering and formwork for concrete structures. Perform general and structural carpentry duties as required on-site. Install and tie reinforcement steel (rebar) in accordance with drawings and specifications. Assist in the pouring, leveling, and finishing of concrete. Read and interpret construction drawings and plans. Ensure all work is completed to a high standard of quality and accuracy. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition. Follow all health and safety regulations and site procedures. Work collaboratively with site supervisors, engineers, and other trades. Requirements: Proven experience in shuttering, carpentry, steel fixing, and concrete works. Ability to read and understand technical drawings. Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials. Valid Safe Pass advantageous. Manual handling certification. Good physical fitness and ability to work in a demanding environment. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Shift : Morning shift 6am to 3pm Skills: Time management organisation skilled operative
