About

AnIntermediate level Quantity Surveyoris required to join a top Build Contractor inWaterford.This client has a large pipeline of work and has a proven track record across a diverse range of sectors including Education, Healthcare, Heritage & Conservation, Commercial, Industrial, Retail, Fitout, Leisure & Sport and Pharma. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual looking to develop their career within the construction industry in an exciting, growing firm. Role: These include but are not limited to: Procurement, appointment and management of subcontractors & suppliers through to final account Produce accurate progress accounts Preparation and assessment of interim and final valuations for progress payments Monitor and report on project costs Collaborate with project teams to identify and mitigate potential risks and cost overruns Assist the pre-construction team in the delivery of tenders Stay updated on industry innovations, regulations etc Requirements: Level 8 degree in Quantity Surveying Minimum 3-4 years relevant Irish experience ideally with a main contractor Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook.
