Senior Social Worker (Mental Health Rehabilitation) Location: Dublin Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time (Onsite) Hours: 37 hours per week About the Role We are seeking an experienced Senior Social Worker to join a multidisciplinary mental health team. This role offers the opportunity to support individuals with complex and enduring mental health needs in a specialist rehabilitation setting, promoting recovery, independence, and quality of life. Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality, evidence-based social work services Assess psychosocial needs and provide therapeutic interventions (individual, family, group) Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team Support rehabilitation, recovery, and social inclusion Maintain accurate clinical records Contribute to clinical governance and service development Support student social workers and training initiatives Requirements CORU registration (Social Workers Register) Degree in Social Work or equivalent Minimum 5 years' post-qualification experience Experience in mental health and rehabilitation settings Strong knowledge of multidisciplinary working and clinical governance Desirable: Experience in homeless or forensic mental health services Experience in supervision or teaching Key Skills Strong clinical and assessment skills Excellent communication and teamwork Leadership and organisational ability Commitment to person-centred, recovery-focused care Benefits Pension scheme Career development & education support Employee wellbeing & EAP Free parking & subsidised meals Cycle to Work scheme Skills: Qualifed Social Worker Empathic Social Worker Compassionate Social Worker Resilient Social Worker Ethical Social Worker Advocacy-driven Social Worker
