Affiliates of Family Medicine is a family medical practice dedicated to excellent patient care and a supportive work environment, with two locations in Montgomery County, Texas.

• Prepare patients for examination and treatment.
• Record patient history and personal information.
• Perform routine clinical tasks, such as taking vitals and administering injections.
• Assist healthcare providers during examinations and procedures.
• Ensure patient confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
• Schedule appointments and manage patient flow.
• Provide patient education and answer questions regarding treatments and procedures.
• Assist in office administrative tasks as needed.

• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) credential.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years of experience in a healthcare setting.
• Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems (preferably Epic).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Compassionate and patient-focused attitude.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.
• Knowledge of Spanish language is an advantage.
