Associate Account Executive

About
This position is located in Indianapolis, Indiana. Two to three days a week will be required in the office. The Associate Account Executive is responsible to develop and manage accounts by providing overall account management. Actively prospect for new accounts and maximize sales potential with existing customers. Meet established sales quotas.
Responsibilities:
- Assist AE or Senior AE in managing client jobs from inception to completion including coordination and expediting of internal job planning and production.
- Assist in the development of sales and marketing opportunities.
- Assist in coordination and preparation of estimates, quotations, and pricing proposals.
- Assist in preparation of invoices, assure prompt collections, review credit risks, and management of accounts receivable.
- Appraise management of anticipated account problems and develop appropriate action plans.
- Evaluate cost and billing ratios and maximize profitability of accounts.
- Evaluate and assure proper postal and freight advances.
- Prepare contact reports, call reports, client profiles, expense reports, and other required information.
- Research market trends and competitive actions and abilities.
- Maintain working knowledge of Hibbert benefits and services as they relate to our products, services, and systems.
- Participate in staff meetings as required.
- Ensures a strong commitment to quality and adheres to all ISO 9001 related standards.
- Complies with all safety policies and reports any safety issues immediately to a manager.
- All other duties/ responsibilities as deemed appropriate by management.
- Displays behavior and judgment that consistently upholds Hibbert ACT values.
Skills:
- Two years experience in sales and service in a business-to-business environment.
- Solid project management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong prioritization and organizational skills.
- Strong technical literacy and knowledge.
- Preferable knowledge of Web Interfaces, Database technology, marketing and channel technology.
- Experience in Microsoft Windows environment including Word and Excel.
- Must demonstrate working proficiency of the English language.
- Can effectively communicate with, but not limited to, English speaking employees/other business contacts (contractors, customers, vendors, etc).
- Successfully comprehends business materials written in English ( job assignments, instructions, etc).
Qualifications:
- Education: High School Diploma/ GED Required. College degree desired but not necessary.
- Physical Demands: Moderate lifting to 40 lbs.
