About

Our client, a growing Irish-owned mechanical contractor, is hiring a Mechanical Site Supervisor to deliver commercial fit-out projects across Dublin & surrounding countries, including offices, schools, and similar developments. This is a site based role leading mechanical works on fast paced, high-spec fit out projects. What you will do Oversee mechanical installations across HVAC, plumbing, and ventilation systems on fit-out projects Manage subcontractors to ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to specification Carry out daily site inspections and monitor quality standards Review RFIs, submittals, and technical documentation Assess method statements, permits, and risk controls before works begin Attend coordination and safety meetings, ensuring smooth site delivery Support contract variations, scope changes, and cost control What you need 5+ years experience as a Mechanical Supervisor on commercial or fit-out projects Strong knowledge of HVAC and mechanical building services Experience managing subcontractors in live or fast-track environments Strong communication and problem-solving skills Safe Pass and Manual Handling Full clean drivers licence What you get Competitive salary Company vehicle and fuel card Clear career progression in a growing Irish contractor Ongoing training and development opportunities Supportive team environment with wellbeing initiatives and social events Apply now to lead mechanical works on high-quality commercial fit-out projects across Dublin.
