SSA Group are recruiting a Design Manager on behalf of a leading Main Contractor, based in North Dublin. Salary: €70,000 €80,000 + package Join a well-established contractor delivering projects across residential, commercial, healthcare, and education sectors. Key Responsibilities Coordinate all design activities to meet project requirements and timelines Liaise with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients Review drawings/specs to identify issues and ensure quality and compliance Manage design changes during construction Ensure compliance with building regulations and planning requirements Support cost control and value engineering with commercial teams Oversee design submissions and approvals Provide input during tender stage and attend site as required Requirements Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or related field 35+ years experience in design management (main contractor preferred) Strong knowledge of Irish building regulations and planning processes Experience coordinating multiple design packages and stakeholders Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM tools To register your interest, please forward your CV to Enda Daly of SSA Group, or apply now.
