AsScrum Master Consultant, you will support our corporate customers from the automotive sector and help shape the technology shift to a future-proof target platform, actively contributing your experience.

Your contribution to the success story:

  • Take responsibility for adapting and advancing a client-tailored SCRUM framework.
  • Run meetings and workshops to remove any obstacles for the Agile team and grow their expertise.
  • Encourage innovative thinking within the teams to achieve goals, and mentor team members in their personal development.
  • Establish collaboration and open communication within the team and the stakeholders according to Agile principles.
  • Further develop the Agile processes in the project and link them with the processes of classic software development.

What you bring to the table:

  • Completed a degree in computer science, business, engineering, or comparable
  • Several years of hands-on experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach, leading complex IT projects using Agile Frameworks
  • Familiarity with Large Scrum / SAFe and Kanban methodologies is a plus
  • IT project involvement in a corporate setting, ideally with exposure to the automotive sector
  • Exceptional teamwork, problem-solving, and analytical abilities
  • Experience working with modern project management and collaboration tools (e.g. Atlassian, MS Teams, Zoom, Slack, Miro, ...)
  • Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
