As a QA Analyst on the Admin Console team, you will focus on testing Keeper’s web-based Admin Console and the backend APIs that support our enterprise solutions. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and other QA professionals to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of console features used by large organizations. Your responsibilities will include validating frontend functionality, testing backend APIs, identifying and documenting defects, and collaborating with engineering teams to drive timely resolution. This role requires strong attention to detail, experience testing enterprise web applications, and familiarity with modern web and API testing practices. Responsibilities
Conduct testing of web-based Admin Console applications to ensure quality, reliability, and usability Validate backend APIs that support console functionality using appropriate testing tools Create, execute, and maintain test cases based on product requirements and user stories Document defects, test results, and QA activities using Jira and Confluence Use test management tools such as TestRail to track testing progress and coverage Perform cross-browser testing to ensure consistent behavior and performance across supported desktop browsers Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other QA team members to identify issues and improve quality processes Ensure all testing efforts align with best practices for enterprise software quality assurance Requirements
Experience testing enterprise web applications or administrative consoles Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern browsers Experience validating backend APIs and working with API testing tools (e.g., Postman or similar) Understanding of enterprise application concepts such as authentication, authorization, and role-based access Ability to write clear, detailed, and reproducible bug reports and manage them through Jira Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams Familiarity with enterprise identity systems such as Active Directory, LDAP, or similar technologies Due to the role’s involvement in GovCloud, all applicants must be a U.S. Person (U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident) Preferred Requirements
Experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for web application testing Familiarity with cloud environments such as AWS or Azure Exposure to identity and access management protocols such as SAML or SCIM Familiarity with virtualization or containerization tools (e.g., Docker or VMware) Benefits
