About
* Review and provide technical dispositions: use-as-is, rework, repair, scrap * Work within FAA and OEM delegated authority requirements * Strong understanding of aircraft repair methods and production processes
Liaison Engineering:
* Act as a bridge between Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Suppliers * Drive closure of non-conformances and production issues * Manage cross-functional teams to resolve engineering and production challenges
Documentation & Compliance:
* Process ECR/ECOs * Maintain compliance with regulatory standards (FAA, AS9100) * Maintain detailed records for audits and certification
Must-Have Skills
* Experience in Aerostructure / Aircraft Structural Design (Exteriors only) * MRB Disposition experience (Concessions, Tags, Quality Notifications) * Strong hands-on experience with CATIA (or similar CAD tools) * Liaison Engineering experience managing cross-functional teams * Background in Mechanical / Aerospace / Aeronautical Engineering * 5-15 years of aircraft experience (OEMs or major aerospace programs preferred)
We are not considering profiles that are limited to MRB quality or manufacturing experience without design ownership for this role. Required Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Aeronautical, or Aerospace Engineering
Strong knowledge of:
* Aircraft structures and repair design * CAD tools (CATIA preferred; SolidWorks acceptable) * PLM / Engineering systems (e.g., DOORS, SAP - good to have) * Strong decision-making, communication, and problem-solving skills
