The Territory Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Wilmington, NC. This role involves identifying and securing new business opportunities, cultivating strong client relationships, and delivering tailored waste management solutions. Responsibilities include managing accounts, meeting sales targets, providing exceptional customer service, and staying informed of local market trends and competition. Qualifications
* Sales and negotiation skills, including lead generation, relationship-building, and closing deals * Customer service and client management experience, with a focus on effective communication and maintaining positive client relationships * Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple accounts and meet sales quotas * Knowledge of waste management, environmental services, or related industries is preferred but not required * Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to track leads and manage sales activities * Ability to work independently and collaboratively with internal teams to meet customer needs * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field is a plus * Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the territory
