Engineering Leadership
Lead and scale a team of content platform engineers, technical architects, and platform leads.
Set engineering standards for reliability, performance, security, and scalability.
Partner with Platform, Identity, Search, Personalization, and AI teams to enable end‑to‑end experiences.

Ensure responsible AI usage with guardrails, provenance, and human‑in‑the‑loop workflows.
Governance, Compliance & Accessibility
Ensure content platforms meet regulatory, security, and privacy requirements.
Drive accessibility (WCAG), localization, and content lifecycle governance.
Define roles, workflows, and approval models across decentralized teams.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Design, Business, Cybersecurity, Health Informatics). Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership experience in at least one of the following areas: digital health, product development, UX design, enterprise security, or systems operations. Proven experience leading large cross‑functional teams and managing enterprise‑level initiatives.
Advanced degree (e.g., MS, MBA, MDes, MPH) in a relevant discipline preferred.
Preferred Candidate Skills
Deep experience with headless CMS platforms (e.g., Contentful, Adobe AEM, Sitecore, Sanity).
