• Develop modules and wafer fabrication processes for discrete SiC power products like diodes and MOSFET on site or in other locations

• Work as a team member of product development projects, together in a multi-disciplinary team with product experts, process and production engineers as well as quality engineers

• Conduct small and medium size process optimization projects in the wafer fab

• Build up know how (technical & procedures) in silicon and SiC wafer processes

• Investigate competitor processes and technologies

• Build up and maintain internal contacts

What you will need

• Minimum Master’s degree in engineering field, preferably in microelectronics or semiconductor physics

• Knowledge of semiconductor devices and industrial semiconductor technology with special focus on SiC processes

• Hands on experience in wafer processing at the required equipment

• Team player with a strong drive to achieve success

• Good organization and planning skills

• Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken
