We are a fast growing company with eight current locations. We are looking for a Hardware Customer Service Representative who wants to grow with us! Our South Carolina locations are all in the upstate area--located in: Seneca, Pendleton, Greenville, Anderson, Easley, Simpsonville, Greer, with one Georgia location in Augusta, with potential new store locations. We are looking for motivated Hardware Customer Service Representative for our Greenville location that has experience in growing our business that truly has a passion for our customers. Landscapers Supply is a locally owned, full-service supplier providing hardware, yard materials, and professional-grade power equipment in one convenient location. Serving contractors and homeowners across the Upstate of South Carolina and now Augusta, Georgia for over 30 years, the company is known for its knowledgeable team, quality products, and reliable service. With eight locations and growing, Landscapers Supply offers expert support, competitive pricing, and comprehensive solutions to help customers build and maintain exceptional outdoor spaces. As a Hardware Customer Service Representative (CSR) at Landscapers Supply, you are the friendly face and knowledgeable voice our customers rely on. Your role is essential in creating a welcoming experience, providing expert guidance, and ensuring each customer leaves with the solutions they need for their home or professional projects. With your positive attitude and dedication to exceptional service, you'll help maintain our reputation as the go-to resource for homeowners and professionals alike. Whether assisting customers in-store, answering questions, or offering product recommendations, you'll be at the heart of making every visit to Landscapers Supply a success. Responsibilities Greet and listen to customers Identify needed products and provide professional solutions Check out customers at the cash register Contact customers for pickup orders Stock, organize and clean the Hardware department Complete inventory counts, in-between serving customers Required Qualifications Basic knowledge of tools and hardware Ability to have positive and friendly interactions with customers Ability to be organized and calm in a fast-paced environment Ability to have clear communication with colleagues Desired Qualifications Experience working in a hardware/retail store Physical Requirements Ability to lift and handle up to 50 lbs.
