Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of enthusiastic team members to ensure excellent guest experiences
• Oversee daily operations to maintain high standards of quality, cleanliness, and service
• Provide training and guidance to team members
• Responsible for cash management for your shift
• Ensure processes and procedures are being followed
• Create a fun yet focused environment

Requirements:

• High school degree or equivalent
• Availability for day shifts and night shifts
• Ability to work 8-10 hour shifts
• Saturdays are mandatory for rotation
• Minimum 2 years shift leader experience in a fast paced environment
• ServSafe certificate is preferred
