PTA - Physical Therapist Assistant

Location Mueller, TX

Assignment Duration This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule 8-hour day shifts with 36 hours guaranteed, with the expectation of working up to 40 hours per week.

Job Description The Physical Therapist will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in an outpatient orthopedic setting. The ideal candidate will manage a standard outpatient orthopedic patient population, ensuring effective treatment plans and rehabilitation strategies are implemented.

Responsibilities Evaluate patient conditions and develop tailored treatment plans. Implement therapy interventions and assist patients in achieving their rehabilitation goals. Maintain productivity standards, with an expectation of 60 visits per week, seeing 12-14 patients per day. Double-book follow-up visits as required to meet patient needs.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Outpatient experience preferred. Availability for first-time travelers is welcomed. Current and valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Texas.
