Hand & Stone in Huntsville, AL is looking for a highly motivated Sales Associate to join our growing team. You will find yourself working in a positive and fulfilling team-oriented environment promoting massages, facials, spa services and a healthy lifestyle program! This is a sales & customer service position, that rewards heavily for performance!

• One year of sales or customer service experience
• Ability to hit sales goals
• Motivated by commissions and incentives for sales
• Team player and a positive/energetic attitude
• Excellent customer service skills
• Desire to help others and promote the health/wellness of massage/facials/lifestyle program
• Multi-task in busy setting
• Welcome and greet guests upon arrival
• Phone & computer experience
• Professionalism

• Welcome and greet guests upon arrival, ensuring an exceptional customer experience
• Answer phones, book appointments, and sell memberships, gift cards, and upgrades
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive atmosphere
• Multi-task in a busy setting while delivering excellent customer service

• Uncapped commission on membership sales - ability to make up to $700 per month in bonuses or more!
