Store Manager

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead our Pizza Take Away Restaurant. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving sales, and ensuring excellent customer service. Duties

• Lead and supervise the store team, providing guidance and support to optimise performance.
• Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, stock control, and cash handling.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.
• Recruit, train, and evaluate staff to ensure high standards of customer service.
• Maintain accurate administrative records, including sales reports, staff schedules, and inventory logs.
• Foster strong relationships with customers through excellent communication skills and personalised service.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Handle customer complaints professionally, aiming for prompt resolution.
• Analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

• Professional phone etiquette coupled with excellent organisational skills.
• Experience in retail/restaurant management is desirable; supervisory experience is essential.
