Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead our Pizza Take Away Restaurant. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving sales, and ensuring excellent customer service. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a proactive leader with strong management skills to contribute to the growth and success of our store. The Store Manager will be instrumental in maintaining a welcoming environment, motivating staff, and implementing effective merchandising strategies.

Duties

  • Lead and supervise the store team, providing guidance and support to optimise performance.
  • Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, stock control, and cash handling.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.
  • Recruit, train, and evaluate staff to ensure high standards of customer service.
  • Maintain accurate administrative records, including sales reports, staff schedules, and inventory logs.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers through excellent communication skills and personalised service.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally, aiming for prompt resolution.
  • Analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

Skills

  • Proven management experience within a fast paced restaurant environment, including supervising teams and overseeing operations.
  • Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate staff and promote teamwork.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Demonstrated organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in administrative tasks such as reporting, scheduling, and stock control systems.
  • Exceptional time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
  • Professional phone etiquette coupled with excellent organisational skills.
  • Experience in retail/restaurant management is desirable; supervisory experience is essential. This role is ideal for a motivated individual eager to lead a vibrant team while delivering outstanding retail experiences. The successful candidate will possess a blend of strong management capabilities, excellent communication skills, and a passion for retail excellence.
