Lake Success, NY (Onsite) Experience:
3–5 Years Role Overview: We are looking for a Field Support Engineer with strong desktop support experience to provide onsite technical support, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, and support end users in a fast-paced environment. Key Skills: Desktop Support / Field Support experience Hardware & software troubleshooting PC deployment & peripheral setup Windows desktop support Strong communication and customer support skills Responsibilities: Deploy and configure PCs, laptops, and peripherals Troubleshoot desktop, connectivity, and user issues Coordinate with vendors and internal IT teams Perform maintenance and upgrades on desktop systems Escalate unresolved issues appropriately Follow IT policies, documentation, and security procedures Requirements: Willingness to work onsite and rotational shifts Candidate must have their own vehicle
