About the Role:
- As a Sales and Retention Coordinator, Responsible for all aspects of inside membership sales including generating new membership leads, setting and confirming appointments, conducting center tours, presenting rates and following-up,. In addition you will be the contact for all member cancellations with the goal of trying to redirect cancels back into the club again. You will work closely with the Accounts Receivable/Payable Coordinator to ensure all aspects of our Member account management and billing process are being serviced at the highest level. You will also work closely with the Member Services Coordinator in creating ideas for retention opportunities within the club.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Actively seeks to retain members by engaging them in various club programs, activities and events.
- Responsible for establishing and maintaining a system to track member retention.
- Uses the monthly retention reports to categorize our members into the proper categories for “high and low risk”.
- Responsible for contacting all low and non-users monthly to invite them back into the club.
- Establish and maintain an active, engaging communication plan for new members becoming engaged in programs and events.
- Offers free Fitness Program Evaluations, free Personal training sessions and a free month and other options to get members back into club.
- Develops relationships with new and existing members in order to ensure the success of individual and team sales goals.
- Personal tracking of daily and weekly sales statistics.
- Participates in weekly individual and team meetings. D\
- Develops individual plan to reach weekly and monthly sales goals.
- Enters new and prospective members into club management software.
- Creates a line of communication with new members to ensure the success of LifeBridge's retention program and works actively to engage all new members within their first 3 months, making sure they are fully integrated into the club.
- Achieve weekly and monthly production goals.
- Meet or exceed sales goal monthly
REQUIREMENTS:
- Education: Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience: -3 years of sales regarding cold calling and lead generating experience preferred, working knowledge of the fitness field, experience in high delivery customer service field.
$18/hour plus commission
