$55,000 — $90,000 (USD equivalent), plus benefits.
Role Overview We are hiring an Inside Sales Representative to close mid-market deals end-to-end over phone and video. The role combines the prospecting energy of an SDR with the closing skill of an AE — running fast cycles for high-velocity revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Run the full sales cycle remotely, from first call to close
Generate pipeline through outbound prospecting and qualified inbound leads
Conduct discovery, deliver product demos, and build proposals
Negotiate pricing and contract terms within established commercial guidelines
Maintain pipeline hygiene and accurate forecasting in the CRM
Hit and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Required Skills and Qualifications
2 years in inside sales, full-cycle SDR, or junior AE role
Track record of hitting quota in a high-velocity sales environment
Excellent written and verbal communication; strong on phone and video
Hands-on with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM
Comfort with structured sales methodology and disciplined activity
Resilient, coachable, and motivated by performance-based comp
