Job Description Job Description About Kennedy Property Development - Core Values & Principles Kennedy Property Development has been in business since 2020 and currently has over 20+ active projects throughout the Twin Cities and surrounding suburbs. As we continue to grow, we're seeking our next key hire, someone who wants to expand, lead, and win at a high level. Our projects are diverse from remodels to new construction to land development, and we aim to separate ourselves from the pack as one of the top design, build, development firms in Minnesota. We don't fit in a box and we like it that way. Our values and core culture drive everything we do. The Golden Rule Treat others how you want to be treated. It's about respect, integrity, and doing the right thing. Whatever It Takes Be relentless. Be results-driven. Do what's necessary to win. No excuses. Find a way to achieve the results required. Winning Attitude Winners don't complain, don't blame. They take extreme ownership and accountability. They show up with a can-do attitude and a mindset of "we'll figure it out." They lead by example and put the team first. Constant Improvement This isn't just about business, it's about life. We strive to grow spiritually, mentally, physically, and financially.
