Duration:12 Months Roles & Responsibilities Extensive experience applying core Agile, Project and Scrum knowledge to customer facing products and features. Identify business unit requirements, create project, and process specifications, facilitate testing, coordinate with project teams, and ensure that projects are delivered on-time and within budget. Responsible for engaging a specific business/functional area to support meeting the business’ needs and asks. Actively identifying dependencies and risks to the requirements and communicating those with the scrum masters and product team members. Collaboration with management, product owners, product managers, user experience, research, development, and quality assurance team members – as well third-party vendors supporting the product efforts. Qualifications & Expereince Business Analyst (5+ years of experience). Strong, interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships with business areas and corporate partner. Manage products using the Atlassian tool suite (JIRA, Confluence) to compile scrum metrics, sprint results, JIRA dashboards and reporting. Ensure business processes are running in accordance with Agile methodologies. Support Features, Epic and User Story writing and functional/non-functional acceptance criteria Relevant information technology and/or business experience, including significant time within a digital function. Strong project coordination and change management experience with confidence in being a back-up to Product Manager / Owners and Scrum Masters, as needed.
