Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member

Our mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams. We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including auto insurance, home insurance, life insurance, retirement planning, business insurance, crop insurance, college planning, health insurance, and renters insurance. Our office is located in Spokane and Pullman. Our office is open M-F, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. If staffing allows, TM's can work 8:30 5:30 with 1 hour lunch or 9 5:30 with half hour lunch. I have been a State Farm agent since 1994. We currently have 15 team members at our agency.

State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees. State Farm agents' employees are not employees of State Farm. Agents are responsible for and make all employment decisions regarding their employees.
