Inside Sales Representative

Caine & Weiner is seeking an inside sales representative to join our BARR Credit Services company. We're not just offering a sales position, we're inviting you to contribute to our commercial collections efforts and be a key driver of our financial success.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: $17/hr + commission

Schedule: 6:30am-3:30pm

Location: Tucson, Arizona (On-site)

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively reach out to potential clients via phone calls, emails, and other communication channels
• Identify and qualify sales opportunities
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients
• Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
• Deliver sales pitches and presentations that showcase the benefits of our services

Requirements:

• Previous experience in sales or customer service
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
• High school diploma or equivalent
