About the Role Dhaka Technologies Limited Company (DTLC) is seeking a seasoned .NET Applications Development Analyst to support a mission-critical public health data system for the State of Florida. You will be part of a development team maintaining and enhancing a high-availability platform that directly serves women, infants, and children across the state through nutrition assistance and Electronic Benefits Transfer (EBT) services. This is hands-on work — daily development, system integration, troubleshooting, and code promotion — on a system with real-world impact and complex interfaces with multiple state and federal platforms. What You'll Do
•
Provide daily development and technical support for an enterprise-scale data system and its interfaces with EBT, state benefits platforms, and AI-powered support systems •
Research, analyze, and resolve daily processing and development issues •
Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for fixes, modifications, and enhancements •
Build code for system fixes, enhancements, interfaces, and integration processes — and check it into DevOps following team standards •
Support testing cycles, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and document results •
Monitor and troubleshoot system integration across gateway, load balancer, application, proxy, database, and Active Directory domain layers •
Recommend operational efficiencies and evaluate new technologies to support evolving business needs •
Maintain technical documentation: system performance analyses, software/hardware evaluations, release notes, and work estimates What You Bring (Minimum 10 Years Each)
•
.NET Stack:
ASP.NET, VB.NET or C#.NET, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Web Forms, and the broader .NET framework — using Visual Studio and Team Foundation Server / Azure DevOps •
Databases:
Oracle (11gR2 or newer) and/or MS SQL Server (2012 or newer), with SSRS — Oracle PL/SQL is required •
APIs:
Web-based API development using SOAP and/or REST, with WSDL/XML and JSON •
Team Development:
Implementing and debugging web-based systems alongside technical staff, end users, and customers •
System Integration:
Monitoring and troubleshooting interfaces across gateway, load-balancer, application, proxy, database, and AD domain servers •
Change Management:
Code promotion in DevOps environments using TFS / Azure DevOps and Visual Studio CVS integration •
Regulatory Coding:
Translating statutory law and administrative rules into program codification •
Requirements Engineering:
Gathering and adapting complex, multi-system specifications into deployable code How to Apply
