About

As a Firewall & Network Specialist, you don't just secure systems - you enable them. You design security architectures that protect without getting in the way of the business. You think like an engineer, but also like an entrepreneur: pragmatic, forward-looking, and ready to take ownership when it counts.
We are an established and trusted IT systems provider with 60 employees and tailored managed services in cloud, networking, and security, helping our clients build secure and scalable IT environments. While we have built a solid and established client base, we operate with the mindset of a modern, agile, and fast-moving team, driven by innovation and a passion for excellence.

  • Design and implement robust security architectures (segmentation, MFA, modern protection mechanisms)
  • Assess and continuously improve customer environments by identifying vulnerabilities and turning them into actionable solutions
  • Support incident response by analyzing logs and events, and driving sustainable improvements
  • Help operationalize security standards, including patching and lifecycle processes
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers–translating complex risks into clear, practical recommendations

  • Several years of hands-on experience in firewall and network engineering (build & run)
  • Strong understanding of modern networking and security concepts (segmentation, VPNs, routing, zero-trust principles)
  • English or German at C1 level
  • A structured, self-driven way of working and a strong interest in project-based environments
  • Nice to have: experience with vendors like Fortinet, Sophos, Cisco, Aruba, Dell; Azure networking, EDR/XDR, SIEM, or relevant certifications (or the motivation to earn them)

  • Real flexibility – work remotely, on-site, or a mix of both
  • Professional growth – tailored training, certifications, and continuous development
  • Strong team culture – experienced colleagues, knowledge sharing, and real peer exchange
  • Modern setup – top-notch equipment for office and home office
  • Health & perks – JobRad, Egym/Wellpass, and more
