The Zone Team Leader (ZTL) provides guidance and direction for the successful operation of a particular zone of the retail sales floor. Responsibilities include merchandising, customer service oversight, and supervisory duties for associates in the assigned zone.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, minimum two years of retail experience in a supervisory role, ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Physical requirements include lifting up to 50 pounds, pushing and pulling up to 35 pounds, standing for extended periods, and the ability to operate a motor vehicle with a valid state-issued license.
