Les Stumpf Ford has been trusted in the community for over 100 yearsand we're looking for a full time Service Advisor to join our team. We are committed to growing our Service Department with a forward thinking, dedicated Service Advisor with the drive and passion to continue building on a solid foundation while maintaining a positive customer service first attitude.

• Greet customers in our Service Drive and perform walk around inspection on the customer vehicle
• Record proper vehicle and customer information
• Actively listen and record customer concerns
• Accurately relay vehicle updates with customer via phone, text or email
• Provide excellent customer service during customer visit and follow up
• Provide an active delivery process of vehicle upon customer arrival for vehicle pick up
• Positive communication between Service team members
• Maintain clean, organized work area

• Excellent communication skills
• Customer service oriented
• Valid driver's license required
• Basic computer skills
• Reliable, team-oriented mindset
• Previous experience not needed will train a qualified candidate
