As an Analyst within the Compensation Accounting team, you will be actively involved in producing commission-based compensation for Wealth Management employees and analyzing their files.

The Compensation Accounting team’s mission is to ensure accurate and compliant commission calculations in accordance with the compensation program-a task that requires a high degree of rigor. Join a dynamic and enthusiastic team that truly puts people first.

Your job:

  • Accountable for inputting new agreements and configuring splits within the ICM application
    • Bonuses, splits, fee billing, commission adjustments and corrections
  • Responsible for maintaining tables in the ICM application
    • Creating and/or modifying new branches and changing regions
  • Responsible for requesting the opening of Investor advisor codes
  • Responsible for monthly commission closing
    • Transferring commissions to payroll for payment
    • Recording monthly accounting data
  • Ensure the compliance of employee compensation files for employees
  • Act as the administrative link with various operational departments to efficiently carry out required activities

Prerequisites:

  • College diploma or any other equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Excellent ability to analyze and summarize information 
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Excel)
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to offer clients quick, efficient service
  • Ability to identify and act on potential process improvements
