About

A career as a  Senior  DevOps Integrator within the Software Engineering - Developer Experience team at National Bank means acting as a specialist in the integration and operation of DevOps platforms used by technology delivery teams.  

This role allows you to have a tangible impact on delivery reliability, environment security, and developer experience through your automation skills, your experience with AWS and Azure cloud environments, your software development background, and your  proficiency   with recognized DevOps tools.  


Your   role  


  • Design, evolve, and  operate  CI/CD platforms based on GitHub and  ArgoCD  to support delivery teams.  
  • Automate infrastructures and deployments using Terraform to ensure consistent, performant, and secure environments.  
  • Develop and  maintain  platform services and  automations  using Go, Java, and JavaScript.  
  • Contribute to the secure and reliable integration of technology solutions in AWS and Azure cloud environments.  
  • Support teams in adopting DevOps platforms and practices by promoting standards and shared solutions.  
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of pipeline stability, performance, and efficiency.  


Your team  


Within the Software Engineering sector, you are part of a team of  approximately a   dozen colleagues and report to the Senior Director. The team’s mission is to design,  maintain , and evolve shared DevOps platforms used by multiple delivery teams across the Bank.  

Our team stands out for its platform engineering  expertise , its  innersourcing   culture, and its close collaboration with development and architecture teams. We work in hybrid AWS and Azure cloud environments, with a strong focus on automation, security, and operational reliability.

Qualifications  


  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science , Software Engineering, or  a related  field.  
  • Relevant experience in DevOps integration and CI/CD platforms.  
  • Proficiency  in at least one programming language such as Go, Java, or JavaScript.  
  • Experience with GitHub,  ArgoCD , and  GitOps  practices.  
  • Solid knowledge of Terraform and infrastructure as code concepts.  
  • Strong collaboration skills, attention to detail, and a keen interest in continuous improvement in a changing technology environment.
