About

Benevis Dental is seeking a skilled and compassionate Orthodontist to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team, supporting affiliated practices that serve diverse patient populations across the community. As an Orthodontist with Benevis Dental, you will provide comprehensive orthodontic diagnosis and treatment to children, adolescents, and adults, helping patients achieve functional, healthy, and esthetic smiles in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.
In this role, you will perform detailed clinical and radiographic examinations, including cephalometric and panoramic radiograph analysis, impressions or digital scans, and model evaluation to develop individualized treatment plans. You will manage all phases of orthodontic care, from early interceptive treatment and space management to comprehensive treatment with fixed appliances, clear aligners, and other contemporary orthodontic modalities. You will be responsible for monitoring treatment progress, making appropriate clinical adjustments, and ensuring high-quality, evidence-based outcomes.
Working within Benevis Dental’s supported practices, you will collaborate closely with general dentists, pediatric dentists, hygienists, and other dental specialists to coordinate care and optimize the overall patient experience. You will communicate clearly with patients and parents or guardians, explaining diagnoses, treatment options, anticipated timelines, and home care instructions in a way that is understandable and supportive. You will play a key role in case presentation and treatment acceptance, helping patients make informed decisions about their orthodontic care while maintaining the highest ethical standards.
You will contribute to a safe and efficient clinical environment by adhering to strict infection control protocols, OSHA and HIPAA regulations, and all relevant state dental board requirements. You will utilize electronic health records and digital imaging systems to document findings, treatment plans, and progress notes accurately and in a timely manner. In addition, you will provide clinical guidance to team members chairside, support efficient patient flow in a busy schedule, and help maintain an outstanding standard of service that reflects Benevis Dental’s commitment to quality and patient satisfaction.
Benevis Dental’s culture emphasizes collaboration, continuous improvement, and innovation in patient care. As part of this culture, you will be encouraged to pursue ongoing professional development, stay current with advances in orthodontic techniques and materials, and participate in quality improvement initiatives that enhance clinical outcomes and patient experiences. You will have the opportunity to contribute to community-focused care, helping expand access to quality orthodontic treatment and making a positive impact on the populations we serve.
This position is ideal for an Orthodontist who values teamwork, communication, and clinical excellence in a field/on-site practice environment. The role requires completion of an accredited dental program and orthodontic residency, an active state dental license (or eligibility), and a strong commitment to ethical, patient-centered care. Benevis Dental offers a supportive setting where you can grow your career, refine your clinical expertise, and help shape the future of orthodontic services within a broader dental care delivery network.
In addition to a competitive base compensation structure with production-based bonus potential, Benevis Dental-supported practices commonly offer a comprehensive benefits package that may include medical, dental, and vision coverage, life insurance, retirement savings options such as a 401k, paid time off, and opportunities for continuing education. Joining Benevis Dental means becoming part of a mission-driven organization dedicated to elevating practice performance, enhancing patient satisfaction, and improving access to high-quality dental and orthodontic care nationwide.
