About the Opportunity DMI, LLC is seeking an Associate Installation Technicianto join us.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Interfaces directly with customers
Installs, tests, maintains, and repairs products such as equipment, integrated systems and subsystems, and software at the client and/or field locations
Instructs customers in equipment operation, provides technical assistance, performs preventative maintenance, and troubleshoots equipment for malfunctions to eliminate problems in minimum time
Installs, upgrades, and removes products, ensuring coordinated engineering field change
Assembles, installs, and configures systems and equipment in accordance with site assessments and schematics
Qualifications
Education and Years of Experience:
1 -2 years of IT support experience; strong customer service skills
Required Skills & Certifications:
CompTIA Security+
Clearance Requirements:
Background check required; must be eligible for Senate Office building access.
