Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Schaumburg, IL, for an Interior Design Project Manager. The individual will oversee interior design projects from concept to completion, including space planning, design development, and collaboration with clients and teams. Responsibilities include creating and reviewing construction drawings, project scheduling and budget management, furniture selection, and liaising with contractors to ensure timelines and quality standards are met. Qualifications Expertise in Space Planning and Interior Design, with a strong sense of design aesthetics Proficiency in Project Management, including budget and schedule oversight Experience with Construction Drawings and technical documentation Knowledge of Furniture selection and sourcing for commercial or residential projects Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field Knowledge of local building codes and regulations is a plus
