Fisher Industries is seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and hands-on Multimedia Content Creator to join our Marketing team. This role is responsible for capturing, producing, and editing high-quality visual content-including photography, videography, and drone footage-that tells the story of our people, projects, and brand. The ideal candidate is comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. This position plays a vital role in visually documenting company projects, supporting marketing initiatives, enhancing brand awareness, and providing compelling content for digital, print, social, and internal communication channels. Heavy travel is required. Capture professional-grade photography and video of company projects, job sites, events, equipment, people, and culture. Operate drones to collect aerial photography and video in compliance with FAA Part 107 regulations. Plan and execute shoots, including scouting locations, preparing shot lists, coordinating schedules, and managing equipment. Edit photography and video content for multiple platforms using Adobe Creative Cloud and video editing software. Maintain brand consistency across all visual assets. Work closely with the Marketing team to support campaigns, social media, advertising, website content, recruitment, and internal communications. Assist with creative concept development and contribute ideas for visual storytelling. Organize, archive, and manage photo/video assets in an organized digital library. Ensure timely delivery of content aligned with project deadlines and marketing needs. Attend and document projects, marketing events, trade shows, career fairs, and community events. Travel to active job sites as needed to capture content. Document coordinates of job site, who was onsite and what was being accomplished. Support public relations efforts by providing visual content for media requests, awards submissions, and promotional materials. Stay informed of emerging trends in photography, videography, drone technology, and short-form video. Follow safety protocols when working on job sites. Other duties as assigned. Skills Strong visual storytelling and creative eye. Advanced photography and videography skills. Competency flying drones for commercial use. Strong editing and post-production skills. Ability to work independently in the field and collaboratively with a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong time management, organization, and attention to detail. Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-pressure environments. Adaptability and willingness to learn new tools and platforms. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Technical Proficiencies Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects preferred). Video editing software (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar) Camera equipment (DSLR/Mirrorless, audio gear, gimbles). Basic knowledge of color grading Drone operation and aerial imaging. Familiarity with social media video formats and specifications. Basic knowledge of content management systems and digital asset libraries. Requirements BS/BA degree in Multimedia, Photography, Videography, Film, Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience). 2+ years of professional experience in photography, videography, or multimedia content creation. FAA Part 107 Drone Certification (or willingness to obtain). Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record. Must be at least 18 years of age. Heavy travel to job sites and events is needed.
