About
Benevis Dental is seeking a skilled and compassionate Orthodontist to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team, providing high-quality orthodontic care within our affiliated practices. In this role, you will focus on delivering comprehensive, patient-centered treatment to children, adolescents, and adults, helping patients achieve functional, healthy, and confident smiles. You will conduct thorough orthodontic examinations, including clinical assessments, radiographic evaluation, and cephalometric analysis, and develop individualized treatment plans that align with evidence-based best practices and each patient’s unique goals. As an Orthodontist with Benevis Dental, you will diagnose and treat a wide range of malocclusions and dentofacial abnormalities using fixed appliances, removable appliances, and clear aligner therapies such as Invisalign or comparable systems. You will be responsible for placing, adjusting, and removing orthodontic appliances, monitoring treatment progress, and making timely modifications to ensure efficient, predictable, and high-quality clinical outcomes. You will maintain accurate and detailed clinical documentation in our digital systems, ensuring compliance with all regulatory, legal, and insurance requirements while supporting a seamless patient experience. You will work closely with general dentists, pediatric dentists, hygienists, and other specialists in a collaborative, team-based environment that reflects Benevis Dental’s culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and shared commitment to patient care. This includes participating in interdisciplinary case discussions, co-managing complex cases, and providing guidance to clinical and support staff to optimize patient flow, chairside efficiency, and overall quality of care. You will educate patients and their families about diagnosis, treatment options, oral hygiene, appliance care, and expected timelines, fostering trust, understanding, and strong case acceptance. In this position, you will uphold the highest standards of infection control, safety, and ethics, adhering to OSHA, HIPAA, state, and federal regulations, as well as all clinical protocols established by Benevis Dental and affiliated practices. You will contribute to a supportive work environment by modeling professionalism, mentoring junior team members where appropriate, and participating in quality improvement initiatives that enhance clinical outcomes, patient satisfaction, and operational efficiency. You will also have opportunities to engage in community-focused efforts that improve access to quality dental and orthodontic care, consistent with Benevis Dental’s mission. Benevis Dental provides a strong clinical support structure, allowing you to stay focused on patient care while the organization manages non-clinical operations such as marketing, scheduling, billing, and compliance. You will benefit from access to modern technology, digital imaging, and practice management tools that support accurate diagnosis, effective treatment planning, and clear communication with patients and colleagues. The organization’s emphasis on professional development means you will have opportunities to participate in continuing education, receive clinical feedback, and explore innovative approaches and technologies in orthodontic treatment. This role is ideal for an Orthodontist who values evidence-based care, collaboration, and a practice environment that prioritizes both clinical excellence and a positive patient experience. Joining Benevis Dental offers the opportunity to advance your career in a setting that supports your growth, encourages innovation in patient care, and enables you to make a meaningful impact on the health and confidence of the communities you serve.
