Duties and Responsibilities
* Develop partnerships with employers to help program participants find jobs in a variety of in-demand and growing industries * Provide career coaching/counseling, interview preparation, and resume reviews for job-ready participants * Conduct training sessions for clients to build workplace skills, professional communication, and interview readiness * Facilitate workshops and group sessions on resume writing, job search strategies, and career development * Meet with participants and job seekers to match them with available job opportunities * Schedule participants with employer partners for interviews and conduct ongoing follow-up * Generate sales leads and obtain referrals from current employer partnerships * Establish and maintain strong relationships with employer partners, including conducting on-site visits to ensure quality of service and generate additional job orders * Meet weekly, quarterly, and annual job placement numbers * Effectively manage a daily schedule of site visits, appointments, and overall territory management * Model professionalism and inclusiveness, cultivate a safe environment for career development, and motivate clients to find full-time employment
Desired Qualifications
* 4-year degree preferred * Two years of experience with Business-to-Business Sales * Excellent negotiating, customer service, and cold calling skills * Strong communication skills, professional demeanor, sound judgment, and strong organizational skills * Understanding of workforce development, employment services, and adult education a definite plus * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) * Familiarity with Salesforce, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint preferred
