We are seeking someone that will be able to help us full-time. Hours will be Tuesday - Friday 9a-6p and Saturday availability is required from 7a-4p.
Description & Duties: Assist with store operations Depending on shift worked, you may be responsible for ensuring the opening and closing checklist is followed Provide accurate and routine updates to management on store operations Promote store culture and accountability standards Arrive early Bring with you every day an attitude and demeanor to promote positive moral Great customer service must be provided A desire to help all those around you - customers and coworkers Help to ensure associate safety and that items are caged or anchored to prevent theft Maintain accurate records of sales Be efficient in all duties of the business to include product knowledge, paint mixing, key cutting, etc. Ensure cleanliness of store to include floors, shelves, products, etc. Organize products and shelves - right location, right labeling, right pricing Provide additional store support to including but not limited to: Maintain superb customer service standards Cash register and floor coverage Loading and unloading material for deliveries and shipment via forklift, pallet jack, dolly and other means Filling propane tanks Work will be done inside and out of the facility Other duties as assigned by management Preferred Skills:
High school diploma/GED Previous retail experience preferred Ability to work a variety of hours/days to assist with management of store operations Ability to professionally communicate with internal and external publics Ability to maintain concentration with frequent time pressure and interruptions Safety focused Physically able to regularly lift, move, and carry material generally weighing 0-50 pounds Physically able to reach, squat, kneel, climb, push, pull, operate forklifts, and climb ladders Valid driver's license
