What You'll Do: Enter and maintain product specifications in the Vantage computer system Oversee engineering change notices and ensure accurate documentation Create and refine mini patterns in the Gerber system Collaborate with production teams to resolve design issues and answer questions Conduct time studies and supervise research coordination tasks What You'll Need: High School Diploma or equivalent Strong computer and mathematical skills Basic blueprint reading and pattern-making knowledge Understanding of sewing practices and terminology Excellent attention to detail and communication skills Why Join Us?
