We're looking for someone who can step in and help us execute successful campaigns and support growth initiatives across our company. The person in this role is the companywide functional expert for our digital channels, including governance, user experience, content development and technical execution. This position will be based at our Seattle Headquarters and report to the director of enterprise marketing, and the role will operate under our hybrid Flexible Work Policy, which requires employees to be in the office Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday and allows for remote work on Monday and Friday. Primary Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategies and campaigns to optimize content across our digital platforms and channels to achieve specific business and reputational goals. Partner closely with businesses across the company and our marketing professionals to create targeted and evergreen digital marketing plans with key performance metrics tied to clear business outcomes. Provide data reporting and analysis of results, including strategic recommendations to improve approach and execution to advance progress against business goals. Manage the day-to-day technical and editorial needs for Weyerhaeuser's website and social media channels. Create visually engaging digital content for website and social media channels (independently and/or in collaboration with design resources). Troubleshoot technical issues and manage outside vendors. Stay up to date on the latest web/social trends and technologies. Lead and project manage content management system upgrades and web-hosting migrations, as needed. Identify and implement improvements in data privacy and web accessibility in accordance with applicable laws, best practices and governance requirements. Support a range of other projects (not always digital) as an integral member of the Enterprise Marketing & Communications team. Qualifications
Demonstrated experience creating, executing and tracking successful company reputation and business marketing campaigns. Experience with a variety of data-driven digital marketing methods, including AI marketing, SEM, email marketing, marketing automation, and social media marketing. Deep knowledge of website measurement and analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, as well as SEO/LLM techniques and best practices. Proven experience measuring social media effectiveness using a variety of management tools to track and report against goals. Thorough knowledge of technologies used in web publishing, including content management systems, HTML and CSS. Strong writing and editing skills, including ability to craft engaging copy for a variety of audiences and digital platforms. Strong organizational and project management skills, and meticulous attention to detail. An eye for design, and the ability to create visually engaging web pages, digital collateral and social media posts. Ability to build effective relationships at multiple levels of the organization by listening, providing expert counsel, and delivering results. At least 8-10 years of digital content management experience (in a corporate environment preferred but not required). Bachelor's Degree is required (communications or marketing degree preferred). Compensation: This role is eligible for our annual merit-increase program, and we are targeting a salary range of $98,811 - $148,217 based on your level of skills, qualifications and experience. You will also be eligible for our Annual Incentive Program, which offers a cash bonus targeting 10% of base pay. Potential plan funding may range from zero to two times that target. Retirement: Employees are able to enroll in our company's 401k plan, which includes a paid company match in addition to our annual contribution equal to 5% of your base salary. Paid Time Off or Vacation: We provide eligible employees who are scheduled to work 25 hours or more per week with 3-weeks of paid vacation to use during your first year of employment.
